Saturday, June 2. Last year, I made thought of some fun things to do and made a "Summer Fun Can". We had a lot of fun, I intended to do a little scrapbook of everything so we could remember our adventures (which never happened), so we are doing it again. This year, Lily and Emma colored popsicle sticks with markers and out of a list that I had complied Lily and I chose some things that we really wanted to do. Here's to a Fabulous Summer! Tuesday, September 4. I can not believe that this is her last year of preschool! Where has the time gone? Why does it go so quickly? Tuesday, July 31. This video was taken a week and a few days after her surgery. For comparison :) there are a few more if you want to search for "video". Ok, so now that it has been a few weeks since Lil's surgery her voice is now the "norm". I even forget how much it has really changed! We thank God that this issue was solved by a very simple procedure and her quality of life has improved so dramatically. Love you Lily and you sweet, little voice :). Posted by Check Family. Wednesday, May 30. Starting Off the Summer. Smiling, sick and matching jammies. Lily had "a horrible, really bad" ear infection quoting her doctor. Was put on meds and an inhaler for bronchial spasms. Emma had fevers on and off, as high as 103 and as low as 99. She didn't want to eat and quoting the doctor had a "really gross looking" throat. Saturday, June 30. An Upgrade for Emma. The converted crib to toddler bed did not go over very well with Miss Emma. Neither did staying in her own room. We moved her toddler bed into Lily's room a few weeks ago and Emma only woke up in there to walk into our room at about 2am. Yes, our darling little Emma stopped screaming for us to only get herself awake enough to grab a few friends and her pillow to walk into our room saying, "Hi Mom". We decided to go ahead and get Miss Emma a twin bed. So far, so good.

Tuesday, September 6. 3 Year Old Preschool. So, just like everyone else, I'm sad to see the summer go. I'm more sad to see our "summer hours" go but it's time.
