My little slice of life. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Training Update - May 31, 2011. This month was the culmination of my marathon training! No time to rest on my laurals though. There's another marathon in June! This month I ran 180.89 kilometers. Not quite the 200 km pace of the last two months, but I'm happy with the distance. My little slice of life. Tuesday, August 02, 2011. Training Update - July 31, 2011. Short URL: http:/ goo.gl/EOTIs. This July has been much better than last year! My monthly total was 146.6 Km. That's up from 79.06 last year. Now I'm going to try and beat my last year's August total of 23.47. I'm aiming for 150 Km. This month I completed my third Islendingadagurinn 10 mile race. I was very pleased - I beat my old personal best by just over 7 minutes! Here's my distance graph for the last 12 months:.
