Eulogothymia: optimal balance of cognitive regulation of emotion, not too tight, not too loose. Serenity and compassion in trying times. David M. Pett. Stretching for the prize. Let Evernote Handwriting Give Your Sermon Prep a Boost. October 19, 2017. When I first start preparing a sermon I have questions, comments, and ideas.
