Apparently there were two teams who were competing to be the kind of student board for the university students and they were using these techniques to coerce the students into voting for them. We walked to the edge of the city to The Wind Comb, which are three sculptures created by Eduardo Chillida and Luis Peña Ganchegui that represent the unity of the sea, wind, iron and rock in one space.
