March 28, 2009. I know this isn't the greatest picture of me, but I had so show that Joann liked me enough to sit in my lap, at least as long as I was holding Pooh Bear. But she was smiling! Joann loves her chocolate. Almost as much as she loves Pooh Bear. But I am pretty sure she loves her daddy most of all. Playing in the park. I can't wait until I can go again. March 15, 2009. March 9, 2010. So, as you can tell, I am still way behind in my "blogging." But I am trying to catch up. Here are some pictures from some of the great Lake Powell trips I took last summer with my family. I love going to Lake Powell every summer and I can't for it to warm up enough to go again soon. Luke was such a big help getting ready for the trip. Me and Danielle enjoying the shade in the "cave". Megan is rocking the Sky Ski. It's time to ski! July 26, 2009. I have decided to work on my garden this summer- with mixed results. I am just doing it a little at a time. I love the planting and seeing things grow and bloom, but of course don't enjoy the weeding. Since I don't have kids to blog about, I guess I will blog about my garden! This is my vegetable garden. January 26, 2010. Rafting the Gauley River- September 2009. Floating on a lazy part of the river. We were attempting to "surf" and I am about to fall out of the boat. Saturday, August 18, 2012. I haven’t hiked to Battle Creek falls since Randy did it while we were still dating. So it was fun to hike it again with my family. I have to tell you I hate hiking! My body hates it during and after, but as long as I go my own pace I will make it. Now this is a short hike but it is kind of step, but the WATERFALL at the end is Beautiful.
