Tuesday, September 21, 2010. 香港的政制改革長期以來一直處於停滯狀態，05年「政改方案」被否決後，2010年曾蔭權秉承中共意旨，厚著臉皮拋出翻叮方案，遭到廣大港人的強烈反對。在這樣的僵持對立狀態下，只有兩個結果：要麼再一次被否決，香港民主進程至少再停滯五年；要麼雙方作出某些妥協，從困局中走出來。 這邊廂，如何看待目前的政治形勢，如何爭取雙普選的路徑，香港泛民主派產生了歧見：公社兩黨(所謂「激進民主派」)堅持2012雙普選的訴求，寕願原地踏步，也不願意行差踏錯，不接受民主黨(所謂「溫和民主派」)提出的區議會改良方案；民主黨則認為該方案有實質性進步，民主改革取得了階段性成果。筆者不是「和稀泥」，確實對該方案的正反面意見都有道理，問題在於要冷靜分析對香港民主進程是利大於弊還是弊大於利。 筆者認為應該說利大於弊，因為：一，突破了二十多年來北京視泛民主派為敵，不相往來的僵局，開創了談判妥協解決香港政制問題的新局面。二，取消了二十三萬功能組別選民一人兩票的政治特權，變成全港三百...至於反面意見說增加五席區議會功能組別，由三百二十萬選民選出，變成「...現在2012年香港政改...
