It's easier to talk to him in person now but it's still a struggle on the phone. Mom was recently diagnosed with a circulatory problem in her legs and will pursue treatment when they get back from FL. Hopefully that will help with her leg/foot pain. This, that, and life's joys. Monday, September 9, 2013. Things are going pretty well. Much better than last time. Of course theeres some pain but not as bad and I've had no nausea or vomiting which is really good. I used my little "leg squeezers" to prevent blood clots the first couple days. the tubes and lights were a pain but better than blood clots. I'm in the soft cast thing until the 17th. This, that, and life's joys. Friday, August 31, 2012. Home again, home again, jiggety jog. Last weekend my mom, a friend and her mom took a trip to MO to see an elderly family friend of theirs and to do some sightseeing. We stayed in a quaint little town and travelled around to different areas each day. We had a great time. This is a little crooked house at a "heritage seed" place. It cracked me up and I get the "Little Crooked Man" song stuck in my head each time I look at the pic. Scooped the Amish Loop.

First it will let me post as many pics as I want, then all of sudden it says I have reached my limit, then it lets me post pics again? Whatever, I will enjoy posting pics while I can. I know you missed seeing Diesel. 'Cause he is so darn cute. I love how cats can curl up somewhere, anywhere, cover their eyes and take a nap! Oh, if I could do that! And talk about cuteness! This, that, and life's joys. Sunday, November 17, 2013. Wow, what a crazy time it's been. R had to go on bed rest at week 24 or so of her pregnancy. I had surgery on my wrist and things seemed to be going well but quickly came to a stand still. I'm not happy at all with the wrist or the current outcome of surgery and occupational therapy. I don't know what's next other than to just live with it. Boo! The cochlear has been implanted and he gets "turned on" on Wed. Praying for good results. Build-a-bear do...
