So - I am changing jobs. - Rant On! So - I am changing jobs. Oct 10th, 2009 12:09 am. After nine and a half years, I have resigned from my position at a prestigious Fortune 500 company and accepted a position at a small research company. *Gulp*. I had not been happy with my work situation - so after many tries to fix it, I just quit. I hope I have made the right decision. 2009-10-10 04:42 am (UTC). You have to do what makes you happy, and sometimes that can be scary. We know you'll do great. :-).

An Echo in the Bone - Rant On! An Echo in the Bone. Sep 27th, 2009 11:40 am. So, I am reading Diana Gabaldon's latest adventures of Jaime and Claire. And, to my chagrin and dismay, I cannot believe how MUCH I have forgotten! Details about meetings, relationships, conversations, plots, subplots, etc. For example, there was a mention of a marriage proposal between Lord John and Brianna. I have NO recollection of that incident. I also can't remember what became of that Wakeman fellow.

I am still around! I am still around! Aug 18th, 2010 12:37 pm. I do pop over every now and again to read up on my friends' journal entries. Life is zooming right along . and is pretty darned good these days. Work is good, it has ups and downs, but mostly - good. Hubs is working as a captive employee now. He got a great job in May. We are going to Netherlands over the New Year. I bought a nook. Love it. Jackson is sooo special, he is walking. I just love that baby.

The start of a blog. August 08, 2014. That glitter is still on the chair there, I had to leave my mark. We toasted, we danced (to Happy, of course), and luckily they were able to administer the final round by my numbers being up by only 1. Phew!
