Since last week's Downton viewing recipe was more elaborate, I wanted go a little more low-key this Sunday. I found this recipe for gingernuts. 2/3 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup fine sugar. 2 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
