Roast and blend all ingredients except tomato, onion and brown sugar, add water to make a very watery soup like consistency. Coriander leaves 8-10 stalks. 1Remove the skin from the chicken and marinate with the above ingredients for an hour of two.u can let it stand in the refrigerator till it is ready to go in the oven. 2 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
