Can’t believe that it is almost exactly a year ago since I met Rebekah in Stockholm! It was a great day indeed! Time flies for sure, and to think that my “little” brother will turn 50 on next Friday! No spring chicken anymore. Well none of my siblings are lol My youngest sister is 44 now so…. I just have to be careful when I get out of bed and when I get up from sitting down.

Just another WordPress.com site. Well what do you know! October 3, 2015. October 3, 2015. Last time I wrote it was September and now October hit us! Once a year, the first Thursday in October, we have this one day market in our small town. It’s a great tradition! Even though if you don’t want to buy anything, it is nice to walk around and watch the stuff and it’s also a time when you can “bump into” some friends you haven’t seen for a while. I really liked it, but for some reason I did not buy it!

The other day I was standing by the Reversing Falls, shooting cormorants in flight. I do this for practice. Every now and then I manage to get a sharp one. On this day, the Gull came out the best. We have Black-backed Gulls, ordinary Herring Gulls and Ring-billed Gulls here. The Black-back is the largest Gull in the world. While doing this, and removing the bad ones, I often think of analog photography — I couldn’t have practiced this way back then. In one feel swoop. Intrepid and a memorable employment.

There’ll always be ducks. My husband’s son is down here, visiting, from Quebec. We were out yesterday, and he asked whether I take as many pictures as I used to. I thought about that for a while and said no, I’ve probably taken as many duck- and squirrel photos I’d ever need! And laughed a little. Of course, I don’t. Duck- or squirrel photo! It’s just this little rewarding hobby that I have. Nothing or no one is forcing me to develop my style as an artist or anything fluffy like that. Liked by 1 person.

Just another WordPress.com site. May 6, 2016. I know I have been MIA for some time! Just been so drained for a long time, due to health and sleepless nights…. When you are that drained it is hard to find something to write about! Hard to get the inspiration. Not only for writing but to sing and create as well! I have been singing – but in no way the way I used to! Hopefully I won’t get anymore cold bugs for a long time! When the pollen is down to a low level I will start to be out more! October 3, 2015.

Also, it has a lot of visual learning too, like how she showed us the food and plants and drew on them or put tape on them. The visuals helped me a lot. I think the video was made by someone who filmed it all first than she sped it up on her computer and put a voice over. She also put colours in it to make it more visually appealing.
