Day Hiker Diary
One Day Hiker's view of hitting the trails with minimal stuff on his back. Wednesday, January 25, 2006. In the last two years I have gained about 25 pounds. My recommitment to hiking is tied in with hopes of turning this trend around. Or at least stemming the tide. It's only about five months until I go hiking in Colorado.
