Well, last Sunday I was feeling bad because I had come down with the "crud" that had been going around. I had already called in sick to work so I could go to my family doctor on Monday and get a shot to take care of it. So my DH loaded me up and took me the the local ER - or the band-aide station. So here's the "skinny" on what's been happening in my life. I had surgery on December 1st to remove my cyst. It was the size of a basketball and had wrapped around my uterus and right ovary 6 times! It killed the ovary so they doctor removed it and my right tube. I got into a wreck the day before my surgery!

It seems as though my body revolts at the idea of any kind of exercise in the winter. And then craves it when the weather warms up.
