Days of a Sampler Lover. Monday, February 23, 2015. Snow snow go away. I've been working away on Rams and Yowes. There are 2 1/2 rows of sheep showing up now. If you look closely at the right edge, you can see the some of the steek stitches - they look a bit like a checkerboard. Once I'm done with the middle of this blanket, which is worked in the round (it's a tube), I will cut the steek stitches to make a flat piece. Yup. Sounds scary, right? I think so too! I am slowly adding stars to my EPP quilt.

Days of a Sampler Lover. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Going home - and London stash. Sunday the 14th was travel day for the father type and I. Father type flew on to Dublin for business, while I flew home. There were so many duty free shops at Heathrow! This was the fancy schmancy part - with Burberrys and Harrods and other fine stores. I missed International Knitting in Public Day by a day. Does knitting on a plane count? Eastern tip of Long Island? I also picked up this Banksy t-shirt. Don't you love it?

Days of a Sampler Lover. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. I was going to post at my usual time on Monday, but - well, you'll see why I didn't manage it! Before all that, I'll just show what I've been working on. I'm pretty much finished with the front of my Sous Sous sweater. Just a little strip that goes around the back neckline and the grafting to the back to do. Which I have to learn how to do first. There it is folded up in my Bookhou bag from Fringe Supply Company. Great shop, connected to a great blog.
