Eating Bacon in Ohio. See, now, Ohio is where they've got the pigs. Thin and light, with a delicate texture, and a smooth, fatty, buttery taste. The smoke and pork tastes really took a back seat to the fat in this one, giving the bacon a melty consistency that made you glad there was enough bacon for ten people cooked up for just my mother and Uncle Bob and me.
