3dMeNow is a program which allows you to take a front picture and a side picture of someone head and make a 3d model of that head pretty quickly. You can then use the head on a web page, in a presentation, in your own 3d software and even in some games. Currently I only know of how to use BIO files in The Sims. www.biovirtual.com.
