Sunday, December 25, 2011. My favorite moment of the entire year! I wasn't sick. I wasn't uncomfortably pregnant. I wasn't at the hospital. I was at home with my family feeling great and extremely blessed! Sporting new hats Santa brought. Emily was so excited about her very own Piggy Bank but was so disappointed there was no money in it! Tuesday, June 14, 2011. The "Joy" of Gardening? I did not inherit my mom's green thumb, but gardening has become enjoyable, rewarding and something I can do with my kids. My husband's creativity and hard work has made our garden a relaxing place with a fish pond, a fountain, and a beautiful arbor. Wednesday, January 21, 2009. On New Years Eve We went to a Party with a bunch of friends from our ward. We had a really good time playing games, eating good food, and dancing! Here are a few pics from the night! Silas and Zach got fishing rods and a tackle box! Time for some fishin' I guess! Grandma Parkinson made Lydia her very own doll! Lydia couldn't help but hug Silas for her Hannah Montana doll and HSM doll! We finally got our own Wii! The kids each had to get their own remote of course!

Wednesday, June 25, 2008. It's time for another Recipe! Mix: 2 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt. Cream: 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1tsp vanilla 2 eggs. Add dry&wet alternating with 3/4 cup milk. Add 1 6oz pkg chocolate chips 1/2 cup walnuts. Grease a 9x13 pan bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 cups powdered sugar.
