The Adventures of Sophie and Ethan. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Goldilocks Gets a Trim. Ethan's hair was starting to get a little long especially over the ears and in the back. We had trimmed his bangs but I felt like he was sort of getting a mullet in the back. So we took him this afternoon to First Cut and he did great! I have a feeling it was his first lollipop that did the trick, or was it Tom and Jerry on the TV in front of him- probably a little of both! Baby Lyla and Steve's B-Day and Retirement.

The Adventures of Sophie and Ethan. Sunday, April 25, 2010. On the move. . . and into trouble! I was starting to wonder if Ethan would go from scooching. Around to eventually walking without ever crawling. My theory was thrown out the window when he crawled for the first time on Friday. Long gone are the days where I can set him down and not worry about him getting into anything. Case in point-tonight I was in the kitchen getting ready for dinner and look where I found Ethan! The Adventures of Sophie and Ethan. Sunday, January 2, 2011. We had so much fun with the kids the entire month of December in preparation of Christmas. There were so many fun things we did with friends and family which makes the season so special. Sophie understood Christmas this year (or at least the Santa and gifts part) so we started teaching her about the real meaning of Christmas by reading books about the birth of baby Jesus and taking her to church.
