Friday, April 19, 2013. Long time no post. So where to start. I guess I need to address my moms death. I don't feel like I have actually dealt with it until recently. Here is the story. Episode: Giada's New York Twist. 1 butternut squash, approximately 2 pounds, cubed (about 3 cups). 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons. 1 1/2 teaspoon herbs de Provence. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste. 2 large shallots, chopped (about 1/2 cup).

Sunday, September 23, 2012. We took Jake over to a local pond to see the ducks. We didn't have a lot of luck with them coming close. But we did chuck half a loaf of bread at them. I think Jake was confused that we had his car on the grass or something.he just kind of had a confused look on his face the entire time we were there. Oh well! Standing Tall.but not walking yet. Jake is sure standing tall and moving around on all of the furniture, but man, he will not walk on his own! Visit with Jake's Birthmom.
