It's been a LONG time since I've updated so here's the quick version of what we've been up to for the last 6 months. Back to utah for matt and sarah's wedding. Rachel and royce's(5) birthday. We had the Rank's over for dinner and trick-or-treating. John and the kids went all out decorating the ranger. We lucked out to have a beautiful, warm evening. So much fun!

Saturday, October 30, 2010. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. In Need of a Change. It's time again to get family pictures so I took the boys to get their hair cut. A few minutes after getting home, I am walking through the hall to my bedroom and I see little clumps of hair all over the floor leading to the boys bathroom. Then, I hear Jad yell from his room, "MOM, Royce cut his hair! Sure enough Royce peeks out from behind Jad's door and his front spike is cut off right to the scalp. Sunday, October 3, 2010.

Saturday, December 25, 2010. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2010. Christmas felt quite a bit different this year. Not only were we living in a new state and a new house, but John and I have been so busy and focused on the move that Christmas had to be put on the back burner. I wasn't really feeling the spirit of Christmas. It all just felt a little rushed and unorganized. Thankfully, one of our favorite family friends lives only 5 minutes away from us. We played games and the kids made gingerbread houses.

Tuesday, January 11, 2011. My kids have NEVER experienced a "snow day" at school before. They were lucky enough to experience back-to-back "snow days" this week which meant 2 days of no school just fun in the white stuff. We didn't have a snow shovel so Royce is sweeping our driveway. We are slowly learning all the necessary snow equipment needed to live here. Myla and Tori decided to brave the cold. The kids thought this was the best thing to ever happen to them. Apparently there are some pretty big raffle prizes that the kids have been so excited about. Jads favorite, a big tub of thousands of Legos.
