Monday, April 06, 2009. 2 meals a day. I don't take appetite suppressants and I don't just live on broccoli and carrots. Machine for 15 min to do some cardio. I get a lot of cardio. Throughout the day walking around the office and doing laundry, vacuuming. Dishes, dancing around with the kids and other activity that 15 min at the gym is good enough. While in Utah in March, we met this little lady and her parents – my cousin and her husband – at a place called Jump on It. I think the funnest thing for me, as mommy, was watching Michael. This kid has no fear. From going down slides to jumping on trampolines, Michael was determined to do it and do it by himself. See the upper right-hand picture in the collage below?
