Thank you, God, for this good life. Gratitude, Happiness, and Adventures in DC. Wednesday, March 28, 2012. It's Been a Quiet Week in Lake Wobegon. Unlike my last half and my first tri, I didn't take a lot of time off from the gym afterwards, which has been nice. It's also very nice not to be on a formal training plan, even as I have a tri and century ride coming up on my calendar. I've been happily mixing swimming, short runs, and long rides with new gym classes that kick my butt. Monday, March 12, 2012.
