Vrijdag 5 juni 2015. LAVERDA 1200 MIRAGE 1979. I bought a Laverda 1200 which was originally a Blue 1200 Sport from 1979. It had been restored in 1999 and was then painted black and gold as the 30. Anniversary model at the time it had done 32000 kilometres. By the time I bought the bike, it had been standing in a shed for the last 12 years and had done 36381kilometers. The Carbs were clothed up, dismantled and just laying around as some of the parts. The Laverda's legendary Jota was a British creation.
