Thursday, December 18, 2008. The 1st Cavalry Battalion Ball. On Friday, December 12, Corey and I went to the Battalion Christmas/Pre Deployment Ball. We weren't sure what to expect but we had a fun time! The little girls were so excited to see me get "dressed up like a princess". Friday, August 24, 2007. First week of Homeschool. Well, this was our first week of homeschool using all new curriculum. I think it's gone quite well. I was very encouraged to see how thorough Jeremy and Emily were in their work and it was fun to watch them help each other work through some of the assignments. Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Karli had fun helping daddy fix the vacuum cleaner. She had a screwdriver and kept trying to put it in the little holes. She also has a bonk on her head from falling off a chair. Climbing on chairs is fun.it's the getting off that's a pain! Here's pictures of Corey's birthday. The picture of Emily with the chocolate bunny made me laugh because, when she was about 4, she heard our friend say, "Emily.since you don't want to eat your breakfast, I guess you don't want to have this chocolate bunny". Thursday, February 19, 2009. Corey has a cd by a group called "Tower of Power". It's a bunch of old white guys singing jazzy blues music. Jeremy likes to play it and got Karli to sing the words. Sunday, October 28, 2007. For my dad.no need to say more! Camping in Cherokee NC. On October 11-14, we went camping with our friends, the Richard's. We took our pop up and they had their travel trailer. It was lots of fun and so pretty! Here are pictures from September 27th. Zoey turned 3 and she was so excited all week.
