I have to admit that when I read that the woman who had octuplets in California has 6other children my jaw dropped, then a large question mark formed over my head. Who, in their right minds would go and have fertility treatments if you already have 6 kids? What, the Brady Bunch wasn't enough? I can't understand it, really. First off, good on her for having a normal body, and secondly who cares? I'm 5'11, how do you think Size 0 would look on me?

Mental spewings from the brain dead. It's the most wonderful time of the year. Why is it that Xmas seems to bring out the worst in people? The joy has been taken out of the season by shopping maniacs! Don't even try to go to Costco during the month of December. You have to make your own parking spot because half the population of the planet is in there buying out 5 gazillion rolls of asswipe because you know with the holidays, you just might run out. Oh well, back to packing up gifts. And that's a wrap!

Mental spewings from the brain dead. Trying to plan for my summer vacation has also been a pain. My mom says one thing, then I plan for that one thing, then she says another, and so far she's been pulling me around like a yo-yo. Yes Mom, I want to go on vacation to get away from my work stress to deal with vacation stress from which I will probably need a vacation from when I get back. I think I just finshed dating a woman trapped in the body of a man. Back from my brief absence. And the strep came back.

My duties included, renting out apartments, collecting rent, painting and cleaning empty apartments, maintenance of the building (floors, windows, glass doors etc), kickstarting the cantankerous boiler in the winter, dealing with tenant issues, etc. Here are some of the tenant issues I had to deal with. Remember what I said about some of these people being eccentric. Now that I've thoroughly grossed you all out, how about paint colours?

Thursday, November 18, 2010. Where does the time go? It has been so long since blogging. I am not sure where I am going with this, just needed to vent a bit. While I am at work, I feel so sad that I am not with Shelby teaching her and watching her grow. Someone else is doing that. It sucks. I never seem to get enough sleep. I feel irritated a lot from sleep deprivation. Shelby hasn't slept through the night in 7 months. Am I the only one that feels this way? Her hair is growing so fast! It is getting lig...

Monday, November 30, 2009. For long I have dreamed of having a child of my own to spend Christmas with. Christmas is all about spending time with family and being grateful. I spent so many Christmas' longing for a child and now its finally here! Struggling with infertility is especially hard during the holidays, you are forever reminded of the family you don't have. Friday, January 14, 2011. My bad, she is now 16 months! But at her 15 month check-up she was a whopping 30 pounds and 33 inches high - whoah thats a big baby! She has a few words - hi, bye, all done, more, no, and baba, mama and dada. She is starting to do the cutest things, she tucks the dog in with her blankets, she feeds the cats and loves to read her books. She no longer crawls, and runs now! She is quite a picky eater, but will eat rasins or cheezies until she pukes. She is becoming a little lady.

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Eating and Sleeping and. These seem to be the constant worries of a new Mom, oh and pooping. Is she sleeping enough, is she eating enough, , oh is she sleeping too much? Am I feeding her too much? Hmmmm that poop looks weird.,.oh no, shes not pooping. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Go figure, that is what Shelby has learned LOL Not Mama or Dada. Her first word was hi, then baba. Now she rapidly shakes her head back and forth no no no! Usually she does this when she has had enough to eat! She then sees the reaction on my face and laughs her head off! Monday, May 24, 2010. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Just about 8 months! Monday, January 10, 2011. Shelby is going to be a big sister! We are 5w5d today, I had an ultrasound and was measuring a week ahead and there was a beautiful heartbeat! We are so excited! We are so grateful to the Ottawa Fertility Centre and all of their doctors! We were successful at our first attempt!
