India

January 5, 1992 March 11, 2007. Big Sister to Hogan and Georgia. Connie was a lover of animals and had always had dogs as part of the family. She was in search of a pup to rescue when Heather introduced India, a black Labrador mix, who was only 10 weeks old and 12 pounds at the time. Connie, along with her husband, Jim, eagerly welcomed their new addition and set into motion household changes and adaptations to daily schedules. Be sure to visit again!

October 7, 1993 - December 4, 2007. Mama, with encouragement from my new Papa (Jim), decided to be my foster parent until I could learn some sign language and a good family could be found. She even made a video about me so other people could see what a wonderful puppy I was. But it didn't take long before my new family realized that I was in their home to stay!
Hogan

April 10, 1992 - March 31, 2008. It was love at first sight when I first spotted my new "mom," Connie Bombaci. When mom, an educator, first came to meet me, our hearts immediately met. You see, I am a Dalmatian with special needs. From birth, I was what approximately 10% of all Dalmatians congenitally are at birth: completely deaf. Nearly twice that number is deaf in one ear. When she introduced me, Hogan, to her friends, she was cautioned I d be "too much of a burden." But the didn t stop her! Mom s hig...

Shinzon - My Journey as a Deaf Dog | I am a dog on a mission – a secret mission.
Shinzon – My Journey as a Deaf Dog. Two Wheeled Ridy Thingys. September 10, 2010, 4:47 AM. Have ya seen these things those humans move on? You know they have two wheels, some have small tiny mouth size wheels you can really sink your teeth into. Some have huge fat wheels that go way to fast to catch, but fun to try! I really do hate those ones that go really fast and smell like the truck. I mean if it smells like a truck, it should be a truck! Not that silly two-wheeled thing going faster than the truck!
