Deep Thoughts by KK: January 2006
http://deepthoughtsbykk.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts by KK. Friday, January 13, 2006. Cute as a bug's ear. My daughter never ceases to amaze me with her development, and often with her creative use of her new langauge skills. Being two and a half has its challenges, but she is learning and growing so quickly. One of the things she does that I think is cute (for now anyways) is her mis-use of refering to herself in the first person. Instead of saying 'I am hungry' she will say 'My hungry'. 'I' is often replaced with 'my'. I have picked up a na...

My mouth waters every time I see a KitchenAid Mixer (the pink one, of course). Gone They broke. Gave up the ghost. Finished. "Ho-gyah". as they say here. We never have to jam a fork/kn...

Deep Thoughts by KK: June 2005
http://deepthoughtsbykk.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts by KK. Monday, June 27, 2005. The value of pespective. This thought causes two responses within me. One, I want to be the kind of friend who others say Thanks for helping me see things from your perspective. That was helpful. Two, it makes me want to be more careful to seek the perspective of others more often, to keep me from being a total moron at least occasionally. Perspective it’s a good thing! Deep Thoughts by KK: November 2005
http://deepthoughtsbykk.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts by KK. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Went with Kristin today to go buy her a scooter to ride around town on. She basically said "I will get whatever you tell me to get." I wish everyone could be that easy to get along with. :). Another 10 days." What colors are available sooner? Only Black and Silver." We will take Black. He asks. Somewhat confused, I said "Yes, we want it today.". Okay, it will take some time for fitting the accessories. Can you wait? Posted by Kevin @ 7:33 PM. In the mids...

Freelance Writer, Freelance Baker, Freelance Mom - Professional Eater, Professional De-clutterer, Professional Mistake-Maker :). Monday, January 29, 2007. Book 4: Jesus Mean and Wild. Just completed book #4 for the year. "Jesus Mean and Wild" by Mark Galli. I really enjoyed this book. It was a refreshing take on the life and character of Jesus and who he 'really' is, not the Jesus we often make him out to be. Thanks to Scott, we can hear more from the author at. Deep Thoughts by KK. Friday, December 16, 2005. We all laughed together. Posted by Kevin @ 8:45 PM. Tuesday, December 06, 2005. Got to have some fun today, my birthday, and also my wedding anniversary. Some friends we were with sang a rousing round of Happy Birthday to me, all three verses. Yes, there are, apparently, three or more verse to that song (for those who want to know more, ask me). Posted by Kevin @ 11:33 PM. Monday, December 05, 2005. Kids say the funniest things. Deep Thoughts by KK. Thursday, October 13, 2005. Posted by Kevin @ 8:58 PM. Sunday, October 09, 2005. Big fun in the little things. The post man came today and informed us that we had two parcels waiting at the post office (they deliver mail on bicycles here, so they can not deliver parcels usually, you have to go get them). At this information there was shouts of joy and a certain level of disbelief. Had they really come? Could it be true? Amazing how there can be such big fun in such small packages.

Deep Thoughts by KK: August 2005
http://deepthoughtsbykk.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts by KK. Tuesday, August 23, 2005. I headed to my room, frustrated at the amount of shut-eye lost to silly, uncalled for delays and hassles in the last three hours. Hopefully tomorrow would be a better day, and upon my arrival at home these frustrations would soon melt away. They did. Posted by Kevin @ 2:37 AM. Monday, August 22, 2005. Posted by Kevin @ 2:34 AM. Deep Thoughts by KK: September 2005
http://deepthoughtsbykk.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Deep Thoughts by KK. Friday, September 30, 2005. Got a call (what is the first of many to come I am sure) from one of the friends who was recently the recipient of one of those computers I mentioned in an earlier post. He asked me what to do now that he had reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. Wonder what the next call will be. Uh, yeah, remember how you told us not to plug the computer into anything but the surge protector? We think we know why now. Oh boy. Here we go. We are working on a...
