Parker Living: August 2009
http://parkerliving.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 15, 2009. My niece Sara and Ellis have a sweet relationship. Ellis has been begging Sara to be her babysitter. If only it were that easy. The distance is just too great. In the last photo Ellis caught a firefly. She gets so excited, just like I used to as a child to catch and keep them as "pets." This morning a few of them were dead in the jar and when she opened it to let all of them out she said "Look some of them want to stay! Posted by The Parker Family. Links to this post. My heart ...

Parker Living: January 2009
http://parkerliving.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2009. It has been such a pretty day, but it is just too cold for my blood. I am getting worse as I get older, but I have such a hard time warming up. I don't think it helps that I live with a hot box who continually turns the heat way down. Last night it got down into the 30's and it will again tonight, burr. Posted by The Parker Family. Links to this post. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. I guess if you only get to show your wardrobe a few times a year you really want it to shine!

http://parkerliving.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 25, 2009. Birthday, beach and caps. No need to say how far behind I am in posting. Since I posted last I have been getting my holiday ads and schedule ready. We have gone to the beach, Trip has been laid off, Ellis has gotten a tooth capped and turned 5. Also in the good news front, our nephew, Jonah, finished his last chemo treatment on Monday. Woohoo! Way to go Jonah. What a champ. We will continue to pray for good news on his next scan. Posted by The Parker Family. Links to this post.
Parker Living: the last week
http://parkerliving.blogspot.com/2010/11/last-week.html
Sunday, November 7, 2010. That time of year. We had a great weekend with some friends at the beach. I would like to say I am super well rested, but we all stayed up too late chatting and playing card games. Fun! I am emotionally rested, however, and that matters just as much. I need to blog more, because when I just looked back through the years I realized how much this serves as a family album for us. I would not have even remembered half of those pictures of my children if they weren't here!
