My life, through poems. Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The moon rises through a blue violet sky. Glowing white above yellow orange trees. As the sun's light wanes. The blue gives way to a sparkling black. The moon grows brighter, floating. Through the diamond starlight. Casting a glow upon the shadows. Cast by the fire colored trees. Split only by the shining rails. Laid upon the ground. As the moon reaches its pinnacle. Its glow is joined. By the piercing light and sound. Heralding the night's end.

My life, through poems. Monday, November 9, 2009. Left Lane Closed Ahead. You swerve into my lane. To avoid the blinking sign. As if you didn't see. The warnings staged in a line. You'd rather hit my moving car. Than the signs you dissed. Never heading the warnings. You put my life at risk. I wonder why you have to be. This way on a Monday morn. Then I remember all too well. Every minute an idiot born. Although I don't want. To think so ill of you. I'll go crazy too. Getting my rocks off.

My life, through poems. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Watching scenery pass me by. Under an ever darkening sky. Wondering as the trees whiz by so fast. Am I here or just reliving the past? Am I pounding new pavement under my feet. Or am I making my rut a tad too deep? Where was I yesterday? Am I there today? Is there a difference? Watching the sunset burn through the trees.
