I've heard quite a bit about these motor mounts. As far as I'm concerned a motor mount is a motor mount, and that's that. My OEM mounts lasted over 200,00 miles and only failed recently because my headers got so hot, the driver's side partially melted, and of course they were also wallowed out a bit. Sobota, 11 lipca 2015. Jak pamiętacie ze wcześniejszych postów rozpocząłem prace nad prasą hydrauliczną. Prasa ma za zadanie wciskać i wyciskać różne rzeczy przy pracach garażowych . Do tego celu użyłem. Ceownika C 120 ( 6m ) ,. Ceownika C 60 ( 1m ) ,. Kątownika 50x50 ,. Całość połączyłem za pomocą spawów , natomiast mocowanie podnośnika hydraulicznego rozwiązałem za pomocą dwóch mocnych sprężyn na rozciąganie. Sobota, 18 czerwca 2016. Zaczął się Czerwiec i kolejna renowacja. Tym razem na warsztat trafił styling 32 z bmw. Celem renowacji była zmiana koloru oraz wyrównanie ubytków na rantach i szprychach. Początkowo srebrne felgi zostały poddane piaskowaniu , po którym ukazały się niedoskonałości. Po wyszpachlowaniu i wyszlifowaniu podkładu akrylowego. Mogłem przejść do nałożenia lakieru bazowego. Właściciel wybrał dość ciekawy kolor Marrakesh Brown z palety bmw. Jak prezentują się felgi na e39?

Piątek, 16 października 2015. Do renowacji przyjechały tym razem malutkie 13" felgi RSL Mohag Przemka. Felgi były już polerowane , więc moim zadaniem było nieco je odświeżyć. Po dokładnych oględzinach jeden rant wymagał ingerencji spawalniczej. Całość prezentuję się tak. Przemek cieszy się z odnowionych felg w swoim srebrnym Fiacie CC. Niedziela, 13 marca 2016. Witajcie, prace związane z remontem blacharskim Vitary przesuwają się do przodu. Na chwilę obecną co udało mi się zrobić to:. Wspawać lewą reparaturkę tylnego nadkola. Podłoga bagażnika , lewe nadkole zostało odpowiednio przygotowane i zakonserwowane. Natomiast z przodu wysłużony z zmęczony rdzą pas przedni został wycięty. W jego miejsce został wspawany zdrowy egzemplarz. Później przyszła pora na odbudowę podstawy akumulatora oraz poszycia pasa przedniego. Ale o tym już wkrótce.

Pogrzebałem trochę w internetach i zrodził się pomysł na zbudowanie szlifierki taśmowej. Po małych zakupach w ruch poszła kątówka profil i spawarka. Powstał wstępny zarys szlifierki. Czwartek, 26 listopada 2015. Z kolejnym kompletem kół aluminiowych trafił do mnie Artur. Jego felgi z Mercedesa nie były w stanie agonalnym ale wymagały interwencji lakierniczej. Kolor srebrny z nieco utleniającym się polerowanym rantem nie wygląda zbyt dobrze na tle czarnego auta. Decyzja zapadła - polerowany rant i środek w czarny połyska. Piątek, 7 października 2016. Łukasz zostawił mi 19 calowe Dotż Mugello do swojej Bmki rzucając hasło " Rant musi być w polerce". Tym samym trzeba było doprowadzić do ładu kolejny komplet felg. Po rozwierceniu imitacji śrubek przystąpiłem do polerowania. Nie mogąc się doczekać Łukasz wpadł na małe przymiarki swoją Siódemką. Rotory zostały polakierowane w czarny połysk.
