Thursday, December 25, 2008. Its Christmas Time in the City! Somer and I went to my parent's last night, as is tradition, and hung out for awhile, then went back this morning at 6:30 am to see my nieces open their presents. My god are they cute. At ages 2 and 3 it really magical to see their little faces just learning about Santa and getting all sorts of fun stuff. Wednesday, July 22, 2009. Things have been pretty good in the Smith house. We could use a bit more money, but who couldn't right? Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Chelles brother and his family are in town from Texas. We went up and saw them last night. They all look great and its nice to see them. Rubi was able to meet them for the first time and I met Michael, Chelles nephew, for the first time. We are going up for burgers tomorrow night so hopefully we can get some pictures taken. Monday, December 29, 2008. And today we are getting carpet put in the nursery so when Chelle gets home from work we can get the crib set up! We are so excited. Monday, May 3, 2010. Well it has been a while since I got on. Our life is going really great. Rubi is growing so fast. Just last week she started playing with her dolls, she feeds them, wraps them in blankets, and gives them loves. It's the cutest thing ever! I truly cannot believe how fast she has grown. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell. I just started a new book, the title is the name. It is pretty damn hilarious, all about some guy, Tucker Max, and his story of drunken debauchery. Like I said, I don't think I can read it straight through, but I'll definetly be picking it up and reading a story or two every once in a while. Mar 31, 2008. Spring is Here, Kind of! Today, Mother Nature decided to play a joke. Today is Mach 31st 2008 and it snowed last night! Not a light dusting of powder sugar but about 6-8"s of Snow Cone ready snow. Ha Ha Ha Very funny, I know tomorrow is April Fools and maybe Mother Nature is just practicing for a bigger joke saved for tomorrow. I however hope this is not a warm up because I am voicing my opinion that this really wasn't funny! I am SOOO ready for Spring! So here is my Plea!
