4 cups of flour. Add flour to a bowl, add eggs. mix Thoroughly. You should be left with a smooth dough (not sticky) flour a counter top and and roll out the dough until it is about 1/8 of an inch (about two quarters stacked on top of each other). Cut into 4′ by 1′ strips. 2 (4-ounce) skinless, bone-in chicken thighs. 2 cups of chicken stock (I use knorr). 2 cups diagonally sliced carrot. 2 cups diagonally sliced celery. 2 potatoes cubed (1″). 1 cup chopped onion. 6 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles.
