Monday, October 1, 2012. You are a tart. A chocolate hazelnut tart with morello cherries and sour cherry sauce to be exact! This was my first attempt in years to bake a tart. The crust edges look a little 'rustic' but overall I was really happy with the results. The chocolate filling was nice and fluffy like mousse and the hazelnut liquor added some extra oomph.
