The Setting – Searching For The Infinite

Searching For The Infinite. Although the book is written in 1999, the story is set in the suburbs somewhere in Pennsylvania in 1991. Charlie is a freshman in high school, thus in his first year. Therefore what he is experiencing with Sam and Patrick is new and exiting for him since they’re seniors. Ever since he met them his letters are far more cheerful and upbeat. My Choice of Book – Searching For The Infinite
https://searchingfortheinfinite.wordpress.com/2015/01/12/my-choice-of-book
Searching For The Infinite. My Choice of Book. I chose to read the book “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” by Stephen Chbosky for this book assignment. What intrigued me about the story was how much the main character Charlie grew as a person during his first year of high school and, not to spoil the ending for anyone who wants to read the book, found love in lifelong friends. To follow Charlie’s journey from being a quite socially awkward freshman is fascinating and relatable in many ways.

Point of View – Searching For The Infinite
https://searchingfortheinfinite.wordpress.com/2015/02/01/point-of-view
Searching For The Infinite. The book is written in first person point of view. Charlie writes letters with himself as the “I” person which is normal when writing letters. Charlie doesn’t know what anyone else is thinking or feeling. He spends a great deal of time trying to figure out this, but his letters centers mostly on his own thoughts and feelings. An example of the pont of view is this line;. The whole book continues like this with Charlie as the “I” person. Source of the featured image: [1]. No, t...

Summary of the book Looking for Alaska. A school project about the book Looking For Alaska by John Green. The thoughts and feelings Miles has for Alaska is an important part of the story. We do not get to know what thoughts or feelings Alaska has for Miles and that is a big part of why the book is so interesting. When you only get to know, what one person is thinking you make up your own opinions of what you think is going to happen later in the book, at least I have. January 31, 2015. Next Post ».

A street cat named bob. My choice of book! January 12, 2015. I chose the book “A street cat named Bob” by James Bowen because I’ve wanted to read it for a long time, but I’ve never had the time to start. This is a very cute story about James Bowen and the street cat, Bob. James is living in the streets of London, and the story begins when he finds an injured, ginger street cat, named Bob. The last ting James need is a pet, but they become best friends. Middot; January 12, 2015. Liked by 1 person. You are...
