In May we took some time off work (gasp) to go live in Toquerville for a long weekend with all the Malaska Family. This was this first time this happened in. So you see, It was quite the event. One where we mostly played constantly, cooked a lot, and played a lot more. Like that one time Uncle Jacob and Michael made a treasure hunt for the kids and dressed up like ninja turtle Bandits. Or the most of the time when we just sat around and watched the kids play their guts out. Family time is the best of time.

There is probably a lot to say, a whole winter has passed with out a word. That is to say, experiences best shared over a picnic, under cherry blossoms, or something else cheerful. Till then, here is what we have done this past week. We went over to Jason’s house to make him a birthday dinner. Homemade Falafel, pitas and Tzatziki. Jason made a beet/mango smoothie.
