Please Stop Throttling *. We pay you a lot of money every month to deliver fast Internet service. For the most part, you do a good job. But with Netflix, you are not delivering on your promise. We are paying you to deliver data. Please stop throttling our Netflix service. Netflix and Verizon appear to have come to an understanding that has lead to low-quality but nonetheless workable service during most high-traffic periods.
