Tuesday, April 27, 2010. My latest food adventure has been Green Smoothies. I can admit it has an ominous sound.I mean who would want their fruity drink to be green? Well count me in.I am addicted! These treats can be made in the blender and are really good for you. The general recipe is 40% greens and 60% fruit.
