Friday, July 15, 2011. The renovations are complete along with all the painting and set up of toys, etc. This weekend will be our first trial birthday party. Hope it goes well. This is a new school for Julia so she was very nervous (although she wouldn't admit it). Sheryl took the day off so she could be with Julia for her big day. Grandma and Sheryl picked up Julia. Grandma will be doing the pick-ups everyday (lucky us! Julia had a great first day and is looking forward to tomorrow.

Tuesday, August 16, 2011. We've noticed that Lucas is becoming more brave and wants to try new things, which is great! He is really into amusement park rides now. We took him to Marineland and Fantasy Fair where he rode every kiddie ride there was. We'll take him to the Ex and Ontario Place in a couple weeks so he can ride some more! She wanted an ipod shuffle which we got her, she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese and she wanted to eat Chinese food. She got all her wishes.
