I asked a couple of people about their schedules and found someone who won! Thursday, March 15, 2012. Ryan and I decided it was high time we shed our winter coats (i.e. a couple extra pounds mostly brought on by ice cream sandwiches) and get into swimsuit shape! We have season tickets to seven peaks and a family Lake Powell trip so lets just say we have motivation, and just to give us some extra I'm writing them down. They say it's always better to write down your goals. Gym 3 times a week for about an hour. Weight training/toning exercise circuits. 20 Minutes Cardio minimum.

Tuesday, May 27, 2014. One more email. I didn't think that I would get another time to write but the plans were changed. Normally the missionaries fly back to El Salvador on the Tuesday. Before they go home. But the airline was bought out recently and they have changed their schedule. There are no flights from Belize to El Sal on Mondays or Tuesdays. Sunday. Is church. So I had to fly back to El Sal on Saturday. Her companion was sent to Belize a few days ago and she won't get a new one until Wednesday.
