Plenty of good food, sunshine, fresh air, water, and exercise. I walked 6 miles, rebounded for 10 minutes, and did body weight exercises for 30 minutes. Looking closely at my diet I noticed I am quite low on OMEGA6 fat. not sure I should be concerned? Energy 3334.7 kcal 131%. Protein 60.3 g 108%. Carbs 819.5 g 630%. Fiber 119.1 g 313%. Hopefully ...

On Saturday, I had a very nice day making my juices, shopping for fresh produce, and making a delicious Arugula Pesto Pasta – all raw! I also prepared a recipe I found on MeganElizabeth.com for apple carrot date bites. Oh so good! So in a nutshell, this is what I ate Saturday:. Apple, Carrot Date Bites. Chia crackers with coconut butter and honey. Raw ice cream chocolate-vanilla shake.

My personal journey to raw. Fresh, Fit, and Over 50. Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Struggling, but hanging in there. Plus I have had more stress than usual.again. That could also be adding to it. In addition, muscle weighs more than fat, so that could be a part of it. I'm drinking my recovery smoothie too late at night, but we work out late in the evening.that could all be contributing factors. So what to do? How do I break this frustrating plateau to get back on track and start losing weight?
