Subscribe to this blog's feed. A SAINT WEARS ARMOR ». Hope- Wings- and Prayer. Have you ever been in despair? I ask this question because I have. And I could easily be right now. On this beautiful Sabbath Day! That hit me like a loud wake up call of thunder. That is exactly what despair does. It folds its wings and no longer flies toward God. It turns guilt inward, instead of upward. And the enemy of lies wins. Have you not heard? 0160; I will not be grounded, I will not shrivel up and die! Love your blog...

For awhile now the Lord has laid it on my heart to study and write about his protective armor found in Ephesians 6:10-18. And in response I have been arguing with Him. Father, please, how can you ask me to do this? I am such an immature Christian. I fail you in so many ways. I dont even have a solid grasp of submission and Ive been married for 34 years! Have faith in what? Oh, Father, how wonderful ...

Finding Hope and Joy. Thursday, July 11, 2013. My Sweet Puppy vs My Pretty Quilt. Are you a dog or cat person? We've had both. I think I'm a bit more of a cat person. However, we do have a sweet dog that we "inherited" when our son died. Her name is Lacey. {aka. Puppy Head, Lacey Lou, Rump Roast, Baby Girl, Beast}. I truly love my sweet Lacey Lou. And she truly loves me and hubby. Another thing she truly loves is to roll around on the bed in our guest room. Oh such a cute puppy. Ahhh such a comfy bed.

Are you singing it now? Well, I'm afraid I may just start singing my own version of that song. With a box full. About half a box of scraps. And o...
