http://jtharperfam.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 28, 2012. Christmas Lights on Temple Square. Sophie on the train. Notice the dark spot next to her left eye. She fell off the bed and cute her eye just before we had to leave to catch the train. She ended up getting a black eye from it. Poor girl! Riding the train into Salt Lake to see the lights. Papa, Maemi and Daddy on the train. Sophie was in the picture, but she ducked down right as I took the picture. Mommy, Sophie and Daddy at Temple Square. Jon and Tara Harper. Jon and Tara Harper.

The Harpers: Ear Tubes and Adenoids
http://jtharperfam.blogspot.com/2013/05/ear-tubes-and-adenoids.html
Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Ear Tubes and Adenoids. Since March 20th Sophie has been on antibiotics three times. She has had two ear infections and the fluid just wouldn't drain, so she had to have a second set of tubes put in. The doctor told us that they always take the adenoids if a child has to have tubes a second time. I think it is a blessing, because Sophie breathes very loudly when she sleeps and she snores. Here she is all excited for her surgery. She wasn't scared at all! Cute little pull-up bum!

The Harpers: September 2012
http://jtharperfam.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 13, 2012. Sophie had her first haircut on May 8th. It was getting long, but very shaggy looking, so we took her to see Amy Osborne, one of the sisters in our ward. I was sad that I wouldn't be able to put her hair in a ponytail like this again. I just love her little pony! She did so well, I was very surprised at how well she did holding still. Eating her chips so she'd hold still. My cute girl with her new haircut. Isn't she beautiful! Jon and Tara Harper. She loves farm animals....

The Harpers: June 2011
http://jtharperfam.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 30, 2011. Good -bye kisses from Grandpa Reed. Sophie helped Dad unwrap his presents and then she got to play with the bows. Don't you just love the look on her face? I think she was getting ready to put that yummy looking orange bow in her mouth. So tasty! I made a book about Sophie for Jon. Here Jon and Sophie are looking at all the cute pictures of Sophie from this past year. Jon and Tara Harper. Thursday, June 23, 2011. Happy Birthday to Me! After dinner, which we ate after Sophie went ...

Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Jon and Tara Harper. Monday, September 12, 2011. Labor Day Weekend Fun. She doesn't eat a lot these days, so I was so happy that she liked the noodles. Sophie and Elsie with some of the people dressed up for the Irishfest. We walked around the Mayo Clinic grounds, and they are just as beautiful as I remembered them from three years ago. Sophie liked running around and playing in the water from the fountain. I took several pictures of Sophie and the butterfly, trying to get ...

Our Family: November 2014

Sunday, November 30, 2014. What I'm Thankful For. 1 I'm Thankful our practice is strong. The investment we made. Both Brad and I have put our whole souls into our practice and I am truly grateful that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm so glad our hours have increased, our staff is growing and our patients know and trust us enough to help us become strong. 2 I'm thankful for repentance and forgiveness. 3 I'm thankful for laughter and good humor. Getting lost was not an unusual occurrence for ...

Our Family: Behind
http://motobees.blogspot.com/2015/07/behind.html
Sunday, July 5, 2015. On everything in life it seems, not just this. I still haven't painted that gold wall I vowed to paint a year ago:. I still haven't weeded my front or planted the wildflowers I was going to plant:. I'm way behind on laundry and sock folding (Of course it didn't help that my washing machine broke and I was seven whole days without one):. And of course, I'm behind on this blog. So today will be a blog with lots of pictures and few words. Probably everyone's favorite anyway :). Jordan ...

Our Family: August 2014
http://motobees.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 31, 2014. Home improvements, a close call, change that adds up, what good is a boat if you can't share and youth football.is it worth it? We thought Jake was a little too young to be swinging that sledgehammer. And though she doubted us, our little crew pulled it off quite nicely. Of course, on the second day Brad did accept help from a friend and that made it a lot easier. As I sat there watching her meticulously placing the coins I wondered why she has enough patience to do something as ...

Our Family: Daring to stand alone
http://motobees.blogspot.com/2015/06/daring-to-stand-alone.html
Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Daring to stand alone. They are saying we cannot even proclaim gender at birth.just in case? Certainly in today's world, stating that gender is an essential characteristic is something that needs to be proclaimed. And it definitely is unpopular to take this stance. Let's be honest, people will say I am bigoted. So I was on facebook the other day (yes I occasionally glance at facebook) and my friend posted a link to this article. And so I clicked that small button and shared.
