Miss Maclaine: June 2010
http://missmaclaine.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 27, 2010. So, I can't take credit for this cake because I'm doing a little apprenticing with a cute girl in our ward just learning all she knows about making cakes and then helping her with a couple of wedding cakes in August. This was our first practice-cake that we made for my parents 25th wedding anniversary! It was a white cake with a fresh strawberry and banana filling. Way yummy. Thanks Katie for helping me fulfill my baking goal for the summa! Thursday, June 24, 2010. All in the Family.

a beautiful blur: Happy Birthday Papa...
http://carriercrew.blogspot.com/2012/07/happy-birthday-dad.html
Sunday, July 8, 2012. We had a lot of fun eating popcorn and being with friends during the Fourth of July parade this year. The boys were excited and enjoyed the motorcycles and tractors. They loved that it was also Papa's birthday. It was an all around great day. But, boy Kacie loved it best! She really liked cheering for the parade (and making sure I didn't forget either). Sunday, July 8, 2012. Seven - Four - Twenty Twelve. Here are some pictures of the kids as they waited for us to be ready to do a few "snapper firework things". Too cute. But, boy Kacie loved it best! She really liked cheering for the parade (and making sure I didn't forget either). Kacie - 21 months. Awhile ...

Miss Maclaine: January 2010
http://missmaclaine.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 30, 2010. Just under three weeks and counting. This is Maclaine's dad writing. In less than three weeks Maclaine will be released from her mission. We are all in denial. Grateful denial, but denial nonetheless. It takes our breath away when we consider this most marvelous blessing to us, to her and especially to her beloved people of Puerto Rico. Gotta stop writing. Tears are coming! Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Wow, its really hard to concentrate right now because the Titanic theme song.
