Monday, July 4, 2011. Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit the weekend of Emily's B-day party. We were able to fit in some Dance Party Wii. I loved the party, but I think I loved this part of the weekend the most. I will have to try to upload some video of my parents and the girls. Priceless. I can't decide which one to load. Well, this summer was great. We did a lot of swimming (Well when the weather was warm) but it was fun. On July 23rd we also left Cedar Rapids at 12:15 pm and drove to Alberta! Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Who knew tonight I'd get a little teary eyed making Valentine's cookies? Owen's last year of elementary school. Our year of lasts. It seems like not too long ago, we were starting our year of firsts. Where did the time go? I asked Bruce if we could adopt. I was just a little bit serious. So, if anyone's ever in the need of an "Aunt Amy" (related or not) to go help at school, make treats, or cut out shapes, please let me know. I'll be out of a job in September.

A Cool Family of 6 plus the dog.Buddy! Monday, January 13, 2014. Green and Gold Champs! Hannah and her friends dressed in their basketball jerseys and blinged them up with some green for the game. They cheered very loudly! Dollar Store treasures outfitted this crew. Who knew how much green and gold apparel you could find at your local dollar store? LCI Sr Basketball team. Champions of the Green and Gold Tournament. They played Archbishop O'Leary in the final and Matt played very well! Day 1 of braces!

She made some amazing plays and scored many points. Very impressive for a girl who had been sick in bed with strep throat all week. We are grateful for modern medecine! A Cool Family of 6 plus the dog.Buddy! Monday, March 24, 2014. Congrats to the LCI Sr Basketball team! These boys worked so hard and finished 5th in the province this past weekend. Matt was so thrilled to make the Sr team and had a great time working with the team. They are a fantastic group of guys! They should be so proud, and we are so proud of Matt's dedication. Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Dave and I were able to go to the Gilbert Temple today on its opening day. It was wonderful! It's a Mom's Life.
