The photographs in this series were made in the waters of Florida, Minnesota and Asia between 2012 and 2016. The photographs were captured digitally using underwater housing. Prints are produced on museum quality fine art paper and are limited to editions of fifteen.

Here and There Collaboration. Here and There Collaboration. THE SPACES BETWEEN 2013 - 2014. This precarious and thinly-veiled space separates and joins land and people, conscious from unconscious, light and order from depth and chaos. It is the presence of an absence, a remembrance. And so this line of dots that circumnavigates this between-space narrates an odyssey, a journey that is buoyed by hope and fear, currents that allow us to remain adrift, while charting between the spaces of life.

Does my physical dwelling define our home?

The majority of those upset by it, however, were upset either because of misinformation on the subject matter itself, or by the fact that I used the actions of a particular photographer as a case study. So, I am writing this blog post to thoroughly discuss the matter in a different manner. What does the law have to say about copying another photographer’s work?
