I instructed my attorney to make him the following offer:. 1 Terminate our daughter's support based on her status as a child no longer attending school. 2 Terminate my spousal support. 3 Change his visitation to every other weekend. 4 2 7-day periods in the summer, one in July and one in August, non-concurrent.

Monday, January 2, 2012. Joe was able to take a week off between Christmas and New Year's, so we took the boys on the first real vacation they've had in a long time. We first drove down to Bountiful, UT to visit his sister, Alison. She, her husband and daughter and the boys (and I, of course) got on famously! Friday, December 19, 2014. I've been off work since my surgery and will return on January 12. While the loss of income comes at in inopportune time.Christmas around here will be very simple this year.I am grateful that my employer is allowing me the full 6 week recovery period reccomended by my surgeon and am also grateful for the 65% short-term disability payments I'm receiving.
