Sitting and watching the world go round. Mar 13 / deckchair guru. I’ve fallen off the wagon: Lifestyle Reboot. So… it’s been yonks since I posted on the Lifestyle Reboot. And that’s because I’ve fallen off the wagon. I was tired so I’d sleep too late and skip breakfast, then buy buttery raisin toast from the cafe near work. I’d forget to make lunch so I’d grab ready-made sandwiches, full of fatty sauces and creamy dressings. Except it’s not good at all. It’s BAD for me, and I know it. GO BACK TO BASICS.
