Monday, June 05, 2006. WALKING, SUNSHINE AND READING. On Saturday did a 4.6 km walk straight uphill. They (who walk it regularly) lovingly call it the Coquitlam Crunch. I tried it alone, to be sure I could do it. I loved it! What a view from atop that mountain! I will probably do it once a month or maybe work up to once a week. Sunday, June 11, 2006. Insomnia, Hair, Funny Bone and Walking. Here it is just after midnight. Read Catherine's blog tonight and I guess insomnia is going around. LOL. I couldn't sleep so I decided to blog. Not sure I'll have much to say but here goes. Today took the Skytrain downtown and had my hair colored (streaked) and cut. Now that I know when I am leaving I have been able to make some plans. I have phoned everyone that needed to know from Manitoba Hydro to Shaw cable. I have hired an auctioneer to sell the stuff I'm not taking with me including my car. They will pick up the stuff and sell it and send me a cheque. How easy is that? Tata and take care and peace.
