But then again, I could be wrong. Oh, I suppose you're looking for something a bit more profound than that. Well, let me think. . . Reminds them of me. That might be true, although I personally don't think I'm that bad. Sometimes I wonder if they see me as shallow and ditzy, something along the lines of a Clueless.

Cloth, justice, writing and food. First and importantly to all my readers, known and unknown: you are the best! I mean it. This community has sustained me for years and now, as the U.S. administration spirals out of control into what I’m calling a “Fox shitstorm”, you matter more than ever. Period. Thank you. I’ve been pulling work out of the basement to air before the show here at my house. It’s “go time” with only two weekends left to prepare. How much I forgot about! Give yourself a little more credit.

A collagist and writer living outside of Boston with my husband and dog, I work with paper, cloth, and words. Mostly, I make small wall quilts, but dolls, bags, and the occasional blanket are also favorite projects. My basic approach is magpie collage and while I've simplified my approach over the years, I still love combining patterns and saturated colors.
