Welcome to our little corner of the web. Sunday, August 30, 2015. Arnolds Park/Sweet Corn Days. Not sure how this picture got into the post, but we'll leave it here. This is our family gathering in Mankato in July! I love Elsa and Natalie in the front row. These little cousins are good buddies when they get together. We headed to Estherville for our annual Arnolds Park trip with grandma. Unfortunately, Jon had to work this year and missed out. Natalie and Harvey had a lot of fun! Top of the tipsy house!

Love Grows Here: Camping
http://nothingbutnatalie.blogspot.com/2015/08/camping.html
Welcome to our little corner of the web. Thursday, August 13, 2015. One of my former co-workers knows about my love of camping (in a camper, that is! And has always offered us use of his camper. This summer we finally decided to take him up on it. He gave us instructions on everything in the camper, handed us the keys to the truck, and told us to have a fun weekend. It was so generous of him, and we really appreciated it. We had SO MUCH FUN! So off we went! We grilled hot dogs over a fire, and got to vis...

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Saturday, May 30, 2015. This year was Harvey's true preschool graduation! They hold a short little program on the end of the last day. This is his Bridge class, and the 4 year old class in the same program. Out of 3 CKP graduations I've attended for our kids, this is the first one that has finally been able to be outside! It was a gorgeous day! They sang a few songs (it was pretty windy, as you can see their hats blowing around! With his teachers, Angie and Peggy.

Love Grows Here: Dells: Part 1

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. We've been trying to go on a vacation with the Woods for years, and this summer we finally got one scheduled! Brent was unable to come since he had to study, but we had a super fun time with Shanna and Audrey, though! When we We decided to stay at a little dive motel the first 2 nights to save some money. But it still wasn't cheap! We ended up at the Twi Lite Motel! It wasn't bad at all! We had realistic expectations. We went back and sw...

Love Grows Here: November 2014
http://nothingbutnatalie.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Welcome to our little corner of the web. Saturday, November 29, 2014. We ventured down to the Festival of Trees today. I love it, but I think the last time we went was when Natalie was 1.5 years old. When we got there, Santa's workshop was right inside the door. The kids both wrote their letters to him. Dear Santa, I want a stretch kin and a hideaway pet. Love, Natalie. Then they dropped them in his mailbox! There were tons of cool trees, the kids picked lots of favorites. After that, Jon and I decided t...

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Sunday, June 29, 2014. Madeline Island: Big Bay Town Park. I'm still sorting through my 373 pictures of our 3 day trip! We knew that Monday was going to be the nicest day we were on Madeline Island, so we took advantage of it and were outside all day. It was still pretty chilly in the morning (it's unseasonably cold up there so far this summer the locals told us). And here is a view of the lagoon. Then the wind came up, and it was clear again within a matter of mi...

Love Grows Here: September 2014
http://nothingbutnatalie.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Welcome to our little corner of the web. Saturday, September 27, 2014. Well, I guess school started and we dropped off the face of the planet! Nothing big and blog-worthy around here, but here are some random pictures from the past month, many of which are on Instagram. One night we took an electric paddle boat ride at Silver Lake. It was a lot of fun! It came to an abrupt end when the ice cream truck pulled in, though! We started our paper chain countdown to Disney World! Harvey has had A LOT of adjusti...

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Sunday, January 18, 2015. Natalie had her Dance Showcase this weekend. It's an informal recital to practice being on stage. They just perform the routines they have been practicing in class, not even necessarily a whole song. And no costumes, which is nice to not have an extra expense! This year she was in 3 dances- ballet, tap, and father/daughter! Father/daughter is her very favorite event of the whole year, I think! Ready to roll in their cute t-shirts. I can t...

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. It's become a tradition for us to go to Duluth for a long weekend before I go back to work. This year was no exception! The weather was cloudy and cool for the first three days, and sunny the morning we left. We still had a great time, even if that meant pants and sweatshirts. At least we missed the 100 degree heat index and humidity at home! Hanging out on the rock, on the shore. Up the shore a little. Oh yeah, Brian, Kate, and Maya we...

Love Grows Here: October 2014

Welcome to our little corner of the web. Monday, October 27, 2014. Day 8: Traveling Home. Disney is definitely a TRIP and not a VACATION. Of course it's a ton of fun, but it's exhausting! By day 8 we were tired and ready to hit the road for home.although I would have liked to stay in the 85 degree weather a little while longer! I know Laur disagrees with me on that one! There were toys outside for the kids to play with while we waited for our very last Disney bus to arrive. Guess we had a "few" souvenirs!
